How to Donate
Your generosity has fueled our success since the late 1920s, allowing us to support St. Paul’s and local non-profits. To ensure your contributions make the greatest impact, please follow these guidelines:

-
Check Condition: We accept items in new, excellent, or gently used condition. A good rule of thumb: If you wouldn’t buy it in its current state, we likely cannot sell it.
-
Review Guidelines: Avoid bringing unsellable items, as disposal costs us valuable time and funds. Please Review our Acceptable & Unacceptable Items List before arriving.
-
Pre-Approval for Large Items: All furniture, estates, or oversized items require pre-approval. Please Email us photos and dimensions to start the process.
-
Get Your Receipt: To save time, you can download your Donation Receipt in advance.

Sorting & Packaging
Pre-sorting and labeling your donations helps our volunteers get items to the right department quickly. Please package items as follows:

Clothing: Separate by gender/age (Men’s, Women’s, Children’s) in sturdy, closed garbage bags.
Linens: Place in separate sturdy garbage bags.
Books: Secure in closed boxes.
Housewares & Kitchenware: (China, glassware, pots/pans) Pack in closed boxes.
Jewelry: Place in small individual bags to prevent loss.
Accessories & Toys: (Handbags, scarves, games) Use sturdy garbage bags.
Holiday, Crafts & Garden: Pack in boxes or bags; label any items that do not fit in containers.

Note: Volunteers reserve the right to decline items determined to be unsellable. Once accepted, all donations become the property of The Circle and cannot be returned.
